Carley
Carley is a 3 year old lab mix. She came from the Kalispell Animal Shelter from a backyard breeder who was forced to surrender her dogs due to the severe ill health of all of them. Carley came to the shelter with deformed front leg which was broken in puppy hood, had healed improperly and was left to drag as she walked. She was bred like this for the remainder of her time with the previous owner. The Kalispell shelter amputated her leg to give her an opportunity to move without hindrance and she blossomed into the ball-loving, people-adoring pup she is now! Her mobility is amazing, she navigates flights of stairs, can jump on the couch and runs like the wind. Carley is crate trained, 99% house trained, walks great on leash and is amazing with cats and dogs. She is easy to correct and responds well to her name, praise and pets. Because of her history she tends to find comfort and safety in specific spaces of the house, most likely due to being confined in her previous life and takes a bit of coaxing to move outside of her comfort areas. Carley would be a great addition for any home considering a second dog or for a home without other animals.

Caylee
Caylee is a Chihuahua puppy, about 8 months old. She is the only female from the litter that came from LA. She is a real cuddler, and loves to be held and pampered. She is very shy at first but once she warms up to you she is a real sweetie!

Bob
Bob is approx 3-4 yr old lab x.He is such a good natured boy. He is good with other dogs, kids and cats. He is house trained and very calm inside. He is very eager to please and is highly food motivated which makes learningCayden
Cayden is a Chihuahua puppy, about 8 months old. He is a male and part of a little litter that came from LA. He is probably the boldest and a very sweet guy. He seems to get along ok with just about everything. He is a little shy at first but warms up pretty quick.

River is an 8 month old Lab x, female. She was found tied to a post with a sign that said “save me” and a box of toys. She is a very sweet girl that is currently learning the basics of training.

Moose
Moose is a huge, male coonhound, about a year old. Lovely goofy boy with a typical hound nature. He has tons of energy and needs a home with someone looking for a large, active buddy. He is a big beautiful dog, neutered and up to date on shots. He has settled in well in his foster home and loves all the people he meets. He is good with most dogs, especially if they want to play with him!

Mirage
Mirage is an 8 month old Shepherd x. She has been patiently waiting for a foster to teach her some stuff. She is quite well mannered for a pup and loves your attention! A very sweet girl that came in as an owner surrender. She would love a home to call her own. She is good with other dogs, loves people and going to be a large dog when she is full grown.

Josh
Josh is a neutered male, about 2 years old. He came in from Kallispell and is looking for his forever home. He is super easy going, great with other dogs and cats and LOVES people!

Finn
Finn is an awesome 5 month old. He has the goofy, happy personality of a Golden and the smarts of a collie. He’s crate trained, almost housetrained, great with dogs, good with cats that are good with dogs, good on leash and corrects easily. He knows sit, lay down, go pee. He’d be a great second companion to a like minded playful adult or equally good in a no dog family that can give him lots of attention.

Blitzen
Blitzen and her siblings were found on the reserve, cold and hungry. She is a female, healthy pup, we believe they are some type of collie cross.

Zoro
Zoro and his siblings were found on the reserve, cold and hungry. He is a male and healthy. Zoro is a 8 week old border collie cross puppy. He will cry when separated from his sisters and is struggling most with potty training but he is a super sweet boy who loves his cuddles. Nevada
Nevada is a a large, mixed breed puppy. She is very active and while she is working on her manners she is still learning. She is healthy, up to date on shots and roughly 4 months old. Nevada is good with other dogs, she is also house-trained, but as a puppy still needs to be let outside consistently. She is a very smart little girl, and picks up on things very quickly

Fiona
Princess Fiona, is soooo sweet! She can be a quiet shy at first but once she knows you she is just a little doll! Fiona is aprox 3 years old. A Miniture poodle mix. Spayed/microchipped female from LA. She is easy going, LOVES people, great with small dogs and cats. She does not like big dogs and would not do well in a home with a dog bigger than her.

Deputy
Deputy is a male, about 1 year old, Coonhound. He is neutered and fully vaccinated. Deputy was found running along the highway in Montana. He is very shy and nervous, avoids other dogs and is impartial towards cats. He is a very sweet dog though and follows people around like a shadow, he is also GREAT in his kennel.

Kayro
Kayro is a mixed breed puppy. She really likes her bones and chew toys and plays very nice with my 2 dogs. She doesn’t do too bad either. She is a really good girl hasn’t chewed up anything in my house

Shayla is a sweetie! Very small and delicate she is a little princess. She is a 5 year old chihuahua cross. She is spayed and healthy. She seems indifferent to other dogs and loves her people. She loves to be picked up and snuggle close to keep warm.

Anna is a female border collie x 1 year old. She is very shy and a little fearful at the beginning but once she gets to know you she warms up fast. She is good with cats and other dogs. And would do best in a home with another dog. She is super sweet but needs a lot of confidence building. She will try to climb right into your lap for attention and loves to be petted.

Rico
Rico is so cute! He is 2 years old and a gets along well with other dogs. He sleeps in the bedroom with the foster home’s three other dogs, and is paper trained. He is putting on weight. He was 6 lbs when he came here. He is a small dog who may likely only reach 8-10 lbs. Rico is a playful young dog who enjoys playing fetch. He is cuddly and needs attention from people. He is a good boy and only plays with the dog toys – NOT distructive. Rico is the BEST dog.
