Cherry
Cherry is a two year old terrier cross from LA. She is spayed, loves kids, and is good with cats and other dogs. She is quite small (approx. ten pounds) and is quite calm. She can also be very playful if you get her going. She loves to cuddle and sit in your lap and is generally very quiet.

Scout
Meet Scout! He is a very gentle dog. Good with kids, very well behaved, Just a sweet dog to be around. He is a golden retriever mix, mid sized, neutered male. He is approx 2 years old.

Meet Plum! She is a little 2 year old Chihuahua from LA. Plum is a female, spayed, little dog. Very sweet girl, cuddly, loves kids and other dogs.

Bert is a 2 year old neutered male. He is a mid sized lab mix with a very sweet, laid back attitude. He likes kids and other dogs and is ok with cats. He has some seperation issues but is otherwise a very lovely dog. Came to us from a high kill shelter in LA.

Say hello to Geoffrey! He is a 10 years, neutered male. We pulled him from a high kill LA shelter. Geoffrey is a super cute Pomeranian. Quiet small and very friendly.

Alice is a lovely little spayed miniature pincher. She came to us as an owner surrender and is looking for her forever home. She is friendly, sweet and loves to cuddle. She is a very small adult dog.

Misty Creek Dog Rescue will be at Southland Pet Valu on Saturday, Dec 22, 2012 11:00 am to 4:00pm. Many of our dogs looking to find there fur-ever homes will be present and we will have adoption and foster forms available. We will also be selling our raffle tickets and have volunteers on site to answer any questions you may have.

Whitney
This is Whitney, she came to us as a surrender. She is a 7 year old German Shepherd. She is a lovely and sweet dog, calm and friendly. She is shy at first but warms up with a little time. She is well mannered and looking for a home that will care for her for the rest of her life.

This is Spring, she came to us from the North, and is a two year Shepherd mix. She is medium in size and good with kids and other dogs. She is a lovely and happy dog.

Panda is a lovely chill little dude, really sweet and loves everyone. We he is about 2 years old and a Japanese Chin mix, he is small and a neutered male.

Rambler came in with off the reserve from a spay and neuter clinic. He is a healthy and happy boy, medium sized, and a little shy when he first meets people but he warms pretty quick. He looks a shepherd cross.

Paco is a 1 year old Chihuahua, neutered male. Paco came to us from a kill shelter in Los Angeles. He is total cuddle bug and loves to be carried around.He is very cuddly, good with kids and other dogs. Bonds fast to people.

Terryl (Scruffy)
Terryl is from the last spay/neuter clinic in hobbema (july 28th weekend). He is about two and is neutered. He is house and crate trained, and great with kids and other dogs. He loves people, and attention and is an all around great medium sized Shepherd mix.

Hector is a 4 year old male mixed breed, male neutered, small. Came to us from a high kill LA Shelter. Hector is great with other dogs and kids. He is very much a snuggle bug and very quiet.

Holly
Holly is a 1 ½ years Female Spayed Rotti/blue heeler cross – and a sweetheart! She can be nervous in new situations. Holly needs someone that can give her time to warm up and help her build confidence. Once she settles in she is a wonderful dog. She would probably do best in a home with no really small kids. She is really active once she gets to know you, so she needs someone that wants to be active with her.

Barney
Barney is a great little dog! He is a 1 year old Chihuahua Jack Russel cross and is super fun and cute! We picked Barney up as a stray and now he is looking for a forever home. He is neutered and good with kids, cats and other dogs!

Cali is a 2 year old German Shepherd. She is a really playful girl that loves fetch. She is spayed and healthy, good with other dogs and ok with cats. She is a large dog and really likes people. Cali needs a high fenced yard, as she has been known to jump if left unattended.

Molly is a female, spayed, 1 year old chocolate lab mix. She is a happy, playful dog that is learning very quickly and loves to please people. She doesn’t do well with cats or small dogs, but loves to play with bigger dogs. She is quite tall and has a wonderfully happy nature.
