Aramis
Aramis is a neutered, 10 month old, male, Shepherd mix with a handsome brindle coat. He was originally found as a stray in the LeDuc area. He was flown to Misty Creek Dog Rescue after his time at the pound was up. He is good in the car, house trained, and walks well on a leash. Aramis is a real sweetheart, loves to play, is good with other dogs and all in all just a happy puppy.

Zoro
Zoro and his siblings were found on the reserve, cold and hungry. He is a male and healthy. Zoro is a 8 week old border collie cross puppy. He will cry when separated from his sisters and is struggling most with potty training but he is a super sweet boy who loves his cuddles. He is the most easy going and likes to lay on the floor or the dog bed or in your lap, or on his sisters. To see more of this little boy, check out his blog

Kayro
Kayro is a mixed breed puppy. She really likes her bones and chew toys and plays very nice with my 2 dogs. She doesn’t do too bad either. She is a really good girl hasn’t chewed up anything in my house

Keely
Keely is a 6 month old Mixed breed, spayed female. Keely came to us from Montana. She was one of the dogs that was trapped and would have been left there to be shot if she had not been taken in by rescue. She is a great pooch, but very much a puppy and can get into trouble. She is well mannered and loves to go for walks!

Matsu
Matsu
Matsu is a female, medium-sized mixed breed. Born August 17, 2009. She was rescued with her mom, Scrunchie, at 3 days old. She has been with us for a year now and still awaiting her forever home. She is house trained, crate trained, good with dogs, cats and older kids. Matsu suffers from an auto immune disorder which accelerates the growth of her pads, daily foot soaks are necessary for comfort and prevention.

Dallas
Dallas is a 2 year old Black Lab mix. He loves to play with his foster brothers and is very gentle and loving. He’s great in the house and fully house trained. He knows simple commands and is learning quite fast. Dallas is a big boy with lots of love to share, he went to the Doggie groomer’s last week and did extremely well. He walks on his leash with pride and will do great in a home with older children and other dogs.

Carrie
Carrie is a one year old female mixed breed that came to us from the recent Spay/Neuter clinic. She is a very sweet dog who loves kids.

Cody
Cody is a two year old mixed breed, fully vaccinated and neutered. Cody enjoys being outdoors, but is good as well as indoors. He is house trained and would do great in a home with other dogs. He is a chewer (toys and bones) but not destructive. He is very quick to bond and is submissive.

Jackson
Jackson is a 1 and a 1/2 year old German Shep mix that has come to us from a shelter in Utah. He is a shy boy but loves to cuddle and be by your side! Jackson is great with other dogs, kids and cats. He is crate trained but does not like to be in small spaces! He does better in bigger spaces!! He is house and leash trained. Jackson is current on his 5 way, bordetella, and worming vaccinations. He is currently in a foster home and is settling in well.

Lily
Lily is a 1-2 year old spayed female, possibly Border Collie Pitt cross, approximately 50 lbs. Lily came to us from a Wyoming shelter that was closing down. She is a great girl that loves to play with other dogs. She is quite well mannered and loves to please. Lily is house trained, knows how to sit and shake a paw, is very food motivated and loves to cuddle. She is crate trained and will happily lay in her crate throughout the day. She is good with kids, mild playful interest in cats, is very loyal and quick to bond.

Monte
Monte is a approximately 1 year old Australian Cattle Dog (Blue Heeler)/Border Collie Mix, neutered male. He has joined Misty Creek from a shelter in Wyoming that was closing. He was picked up as a stray by the shelter. He is a very friendly, loveable dog.

Roamie
Roamie is a 4 year old mixed breed, neutered male. He is a laid back guy, preferring to lay at your feet than horse around with the other dogs in his foster home. Although, he does love to play ball and toss around a stuff toy or two! He has absolutely perfect manners: sit, stay, shake, wait to eat until given the go-ahead … and most importantly fully house-trained! He will go in his kennel, but is so good in the house he doesn’t need to be kept in it much. All around good boy!

Vivvi Anne
Vivvi Anne is a 1 year old female small boxer mix. She is a very sweet girl with lots of love to give. She gets along well with other dogs, kids and cats. She is crate, house and leash trained. She is also current on her 5 way, bordetella, and worming vaccinations.
Vivvi Anne is in our shelter and would love to be in a foster home in the Calgary area. Consider fostering a dog for Misty Creek.

The mother could not be found and unfortunately one of the pups did not survive. Very social and love to cuddle. Mom was reportedly a Border Collie type.
