Caylee
Caylee is a Chihuahua puppy, about 8 months old. She is the only female from the litter that came from LA. She is a real cuddler, and loves to be held and pampered. She is very shy at first but once she warms up to you she is a real sweetie!

Chaz
Chaz is a Chihuahua puppy, about 8 months old. He is a male and part of a litter that came from LA. He is ”Chaz the Spaz” for being such a little character. But he is a sweet guy. He seems to get along ok with sister and is starting to warm up to the bigger dogs in his foster home. He is a little shy at first but warms up pretty quick to people.

Buster
Buster is an approximately 8 month old neutered male chihuahua cross from LA. While he is fearful at times, he has settled in well to his foster home and absolutely loves cuddling! Buster is crate trained, his house training is coming along and gets along with other dogs. With patience and gentle, reward-based training he will continue to improve every day.

Basco is a 10 month old Chihuahua x Terrier, neutered male. Great little guy, loves to cuddle. Good with other dogs. Came to us from an LA shelter.

Cayden
Cayden is a Chihuahua puppy, about 8 months old. He is a male and part of a little litter that came from LA. He is probably the boldest and a very sweet guy. He seems to get along ok with just about everything. He is a little shy at first but warms up pretty quick.

Hondo is a sweet little boy, about 12 weeks. He is a Chihuahua and is going to grow into a small dog. He is the brother of Lilo. Both are active, playful little pups that seem to get along well with everything. They are curious youngsters and very sweet!

River
River is an 8 month old Lab x, female. She was found tied to a post with a sign that said “save me” and a box of toys. She is a very sweet girl that is currently learning the basics of training.

Mirage
Mirage is an 8 month old Shepherd x. She has been patiently waiting for a foster to teach her some stuff. She is quite well mannered for a pup and loves your attention! A very sweet girl that came in as an owner surrender. She would love a home to call her own. She is good with other dogs, loves people and going to be a large dog when she is full grown.

Finn
Finn is an awesome 5 month old. He has the goofy, happy personality of a Golden and the smarts of a collie. He’s crate trained, almost housetrained, great with dogs, good with cats that are good with dogs, good on leash and corrects easily. He knows sit, lay down, go pee. He’d be a great second companion to a like minded playful adult or equally good in a no dog family that can give him lots of attention.

Zoro
Zoro and his siblings were found on the reserve, cold and hungry. He is a male and healthy. Zoro is a 8 week old border collie cross puppy. He will cry when separated from his sisters and is struggling most with potty training but he is a super sweet boy who loves his cuddles. Tillie
Tillie and her siblings were found on the reserve, cold and hungry. She is a female, and healthy.
Tillie is a 8 week old border collie cross puppy. She is the smartest, most independent and most outgoing of the litter. She likes to explore and is starting to ask to go out to the bathroom. She is also the most vocal of the bunch. Tillie was the first to climb the stairs and is the only one so far that has figured out how to jump the 1’ crate that blocks her in the kitchen. Lux
Lux and her siblings were found on the reserve, cold and hungry. She is a female and healthy. Lux is a 8 week old border collie cross puppy. She didn’t get the nickname ‘Princess Lux’ for nothing. She is a quiet dainty puppy but will put up her dukes if her sister comes around and can pin her brother in a puppy fight easily. She still cries when separated from her siblings or when she gets stuck climbing up the stairs but is happy as a clam once you pick her up. She knows to go to the bathroom outside and will go once you put her down. To watch her in action, check out her blog

Nevada
Nevada is a a large, mixed breed puppy. She is very active and while she is working on her manners she is still learning. She is healthy, up to date on shots and roughly 4 months old. Nevada is good with other dogs, she is also house-trained, but as a puppy still needs to be let outside consistently. She is a very smart little girl, and picks up on things very quickly

Misty Creek Dog Rescue will be at Pawsititvely Natural on Sunday Nov 20, 2011, from 11am to 4pm. Many of our dogs looking to find there furever homes will be present and we will have adoption and foster forms available. We will also be selling our fundraising items and have volunteers on site to answer any questions you may have.

Sept 17 Adoptathon
On Saturday September 17/11 Misty Creek Dog Rescue, along with other rescue groups will be having a collaborative Adopt-A-Thon. This event will take place in Southcenter Mall parking lot, and will be from 10am till 4pm.
Please come out and show your support for Misty Creek Dog Rescue.
We will have dogs on site for meet and greets, merchandise for sale, applications and volunteers to answer any questions you might have.

Julian
Julian is a 6 month old Chihuahua x, male. Very happy little guy, loves kids and other dogs. Excellent off leash. Julian came to us from a high kill shelter in California.

Keely
Keely is a 6 month old Mixed breed, spayed female. Keely came to us from Montana. She was one of the dogs that was trapped and would have been left there to be shot if she had not been taken in by rescue. She is a great pooch, but very much a puppy and can get into trouble. She is well mannered and loves to go for walks!
