We will have plenty of our dogs present for a meet and greet, and a chance to fill out adoption applications. There will be coordinators available to provide information on adoption, volunteering and fostering.
Our merchandise will be sale and we will be accepting donations!

Many of our dogs looking to find there fur-ever homes will be present and we will have adoption and foster forms available. We will also be selling our raffle tickets and have volunteers on site to answer any questions you may have.

Tonka
Tonka is a Neutered Male, Australian Shepherd, 1 year old. Tonka came to us as a stray from Barnwell. Tonka has a lot of energy! He loves to play outside, especially with other dogs. He has enjoyed his trips to the fenced, off leash dogpark. While he can be a little rocky at first with other dogs, he quickly warms up to them and plays. He’s very fast and loves to run. When he first came to us, his favorite activity was to flip his food dish over and play “soccer” with it. He’d do well with someone that understands and has done there homework on the breed. Tonka is a smart pup and needs mental stimulation to keep him busy. He is working on his leash work and basic obedience.
Tonka’s at our shelter and need a foster home. If you would like to become a foster home with Misty Creek Dog Rescue please read our guidelines and fill out an application online.

Pompey
Pompey is a nine month old Chihuahua cross. We pulled him from a high kill shelter in LA. He is a small dog, very friendly and loves to cuddle.

Joey
Joey is a six month old Australian Shepherd mix, on the smaller side of medium. He is neutered, and is a very active dog. He is learning his manners and doing quite well in a home. He is super friendly, but can be a little nervous in new situations. He seems ok with other dogs and loves to be with people. Joey rides well in a car.

Phoenix
Phoenix is a 14 week old Husky mix, she was found with her her sister Jemma and given to us to find a great forever home. She is a happy, healthy, playful girl. She will likely mature into a large dog.

Little miss Mandy! She is a puppy that was surrendered to us. Mandy is a 5 month dachshund mix. She small, and very playful! She likes other dogs and LOVES people! she plays and rides well in a car. She is very friendly and a little goof ball.
