[huge_it_gallery id=”98″]This is Chance, he is a large Shepherd cross. He is a 2 year old, neutered male, that does well with female dogs but can be dominate with males. He was quite badly attacked by another male dog so he is not really fond of males. But he is a loving and sweet lug, fine with cats and kids.

Here is what his foster mom has to say:

“Chance is a sweet boy with a ton of love to give. He loves his people and children of all ages. He’s not to fond of cats but doesn’t mind them and gets along just fine if they stay out of his face. He’s picky with some dogs but most he is fine with. He lets you know right away if he’s not a fan of them and we steer clear. He’s never lunged or shown aggression to other dogs, just will growl the odd time out of fear. He loves chasing squirrels, deer and butterflies. He walks great on a leash, always by my side and never pulls. I haven’t had him off of a leash so not totally sure of his recall but he doesn’t go far from us in the house or on a leash. He didn’t have any house manners when we got him but it took a few days and he’s accident free so far. He’s a smart boy and super chill. He would do best with a large yard that he can lounge and enjoy the day in. He’s crate trained and we’ve only heard him bark twice. “
